BEACON AI WAITLIST TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Waitlist Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you submit your email address (and any optional information) to join the Beacon AI pre‑launch mailing list (the "Waitlist") operated by Motionwav LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By clicking "Notify Me," "Join," or similar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Purpose of the Waitlist

Joining the Waitlist registers your interest in Beacon AI and authorises us to send you occasional emails about:

product announcements, pre‑launch news, and early‑access opportunities (if any);
surveys or feedback requests related to Beacon AI; and
promotions, events, or content we think may interest you.

Waitlist enrolment does not guarantee, promise, or confer any right to early access, beta participation, or eventual use of the Beacon AI application or services.

2 Information We Collect

We collect only the information you provide on the signup form, typically:

3 How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

send the communications described in § 1;
analyse aggregate, non‑identifiable signup metrics (e.g., total signups, referral conversion rates); and
maintain the security and integrity of our mailing infrastructure.

We will never sell your information or use it for third‑party advertising.

4 Email Marketing & Unsubscribe

All Waitlist emails include an unsubscribe link. You may opt‑out at any time, and we will honour your request promptly, as required by the U.S. CAN‑SPAM Act, Canada’s CASL, the EU e‑Privacy Directive/GDPR, and other applicable laws.

5 Data Security & Retention

- We retain Waitlist records until (a) you unsubscribe, (b) we launch Beacon AI and migrate to a full user‑agreement, or (c) we otherwise decide the data is no longer needed, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6 No Warranties

The Waitlist is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. We make no promises regarding future availability, features, pricing, or launch timeline of Beacon AI.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your Waitlist participation.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer‑protection law.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email you provided or by posting the revised Terms on our landing page. Your continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
